A little contemplation: “Shining in our own truth when change is taking place”
We are living in times of tremendous change on the socio-economic and relational front, and we are facing experiences in ways we never did before. Change is in the air very deeply and we are all under its weather. This is a good time to explore that we don’t have to be victims of change individually and that being opinionated about change can also make our lives heavier. It reminds me of a Dutch comedian who stated: “If you don’t grow older, you’re dead” pointing at those who make so much fuss about trying to stay young. Good times to refresh the way we view ourselves and the world around us and to find the grace and laughter in it.
