Human Design invites us to undergo a deconditioning process. We are all trapped in our neurotic defenses, which cannot exist without emotional repression. Acknowledging that our diaphragms are more or less blocked due to the conditioning we've experienced is a crucial part of this process. I’m sharing some of my reflections on the importance of emotional deconditioning for all of us, and how deeply nourishing the intersection of therapy and Human Design can be on this journey.
